This company was sub-contracted through the company I used for landscaping. The company owner came to my house, we discussed what he would do, and we agreed on a date and price. During the discussion, I expressed that I didn't want the curbing poured at the bottom of my deck steps, as that would pose a tripping hazard. He told me they would cut it off, so that area is flat. When I got home from work, the job was complete. It looked great, except at the bottom of the steps, where I now have a full curb to step over. I tried that day to contact the company, as well as numerous other attempts since then, but they will not return my call.
