"I first contacted them in the summer and received the estimate promptly.  I did request to meet up with a representative to go over the work that will be done to make sure it is what I wanted done.  I have no experience in trees and landscaping.  I'm not familair with names of trees or plants, and work associated it.  And, I was concern because I was about to spend a lot of money.
