"The Angie's List deal said 1 worker for 4 hours or 2 workers for 2 hours plus debris removal.  Four workers came for 1 hour instead.  I just don't think this is really the same; I know it's the same number of manhours- technically- but in a total work period it just seems like there is bound to be a little logistical down time and when the total time only comes out to an hour it seems a little different to me.  With that said, they did get a lot done.  It might motivate my sons to do the work next time if I told them they'd get $50 an hour!  There were also some scheduling issues; they didn't get back to me for a while, then just scheduled a time that didn't work.  Every time I called the number I always had to leave a message, etc.  All in all, nothing was wrong at all with the service; they did do a really good job cleaning up after themselves, so if you have the money to spend, it does make life easier to hire someone to do the work every once in a while.

"Standard work, the fertilizer and weed treatment was outstanding. Very efficient and effective. The aeration and seeding were another issue. Required multiple phone calls and monitoring. It would seem that the staff have communication and followthrough problems when there is a variation from standard. I wanted only one section of the lawn to have a double aeration and seeding. That took four phone calls to get done. Aeration was supposed to be done and was not for several weeks during the extended dry spell. Was told to water the lawn for twenty minutes and they would be there on Monday. Spent the weekend moving a sprinkler around the 1/4+ acre lot to meet the specs. No one came for the next entire week! Called again on Friday and finally showed up on the next Monday. Have signed a contract for both aeration, weed treatment, and fertilizer for 2018 because was very happy with the basic package. But if there are similar problems with the aeration next year, will not be renewing for 2019"
