"We recently used h2oTEKs for gutter cleaning and window washing of our entire 2-story colonial house. They are fast, professional, and thorough, including sending before/after pictures, etc. We have always been fully satisfied with the quality of the work. I also appreciate that Jonathan is very responsive via email and text, which is refreshing compared to some contractors which only work via phone/voicemail/answering service. I was also impressed with their customer service when we had a tricky issue w/ our downspout/gutter which required multiple visits and coordination."

"They were about an hour late for the appointment, with no apology. One person did the cleaning and checking while the other was
running errands to get different things. I was told that the chimney cap on the flue was ok, but I know that it needed caulking. They said they went on the roof, but I don't think they did. For the job that was performed I felt the price was a bit high. At least they didn't try selling me
anything I didn't need.
I was not impressed."
