Not only was his pricing the most competitive but his bid was the only to call out industrial grade material suitable for repainting pool and balcony decks. Additionally, his price included a high quality acrylic paint by Dunn Edwards, higher quality material than the other bids. When it came time to do the job, he put four men on the site and they performes the highest quality workmanship completing the entire project in one day. All work areas were protected against staining and the cleanup was completed perfectly. I worked in the home building industry for 22 years so I know quality material and workmanship when I see it. One can't do any better than A&P Painting and Roofing. Already highly rated by Angi before our job, our job just proves once again the rating is well deserved."

"Needed a 5 bed, 3 bath house (roughly 2450 sq ft) repainted to go from flat finish to a semi gloss finish. They showed up for the quote appointment right on time, and were very quick and efficient in getting an idea of the project. (Roughly $1 per sqft and said 3-4 days) After some weather issues throughout the week they had to postpone another job, which luckily for us, they were able to start our project a day earlier than initially planned. Their team showed up right when they said they would the first two days of the project and worked throughout the entire day (roughly 9 hours a day). They used the last half of a day to clean up any messes, and put the house back together, and touch up any missed spots. The house looked great! I was pleased with their professionalism, timeliness, cleanliness and overall price. Would recommend to anyone in the Las Vegas area looking to paint their house."
