"It went very well. The old trim board which began rotting at both ends of the trim board was removed. The underlying structure was carefully examined for any signs of rot. Since the underlying structure was fine, the trim board which I had purchased and painted was installed. All seams were caulked and the trim board was carefully trimed so that it properly met the board supporting the gutter over the kitchen and bathroom windows. Since we needed new track hardware for the pantry bypass doors, that job could not be completed until the proper track hardware could be ordered. Once received, Mr. Cleveland willingly offered to finish that job on a Sunday morning. He did very fine work and we were extremely pleased with his work especially since many handymen highly recommended by Angie's List were not interested in such minor repair work."

"Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."

"I was in need of a quick quote for repairs in order to keep a home sale moving forward after a home inspection.  I found these guys on Angie's List, read their reviews and decided to give them a call.  Not only did they answer the phone (unlike many others), they responded in a very prompt and professional manner.  In less than 24 hours, I had three quotes for repairs in my email inbox.  In order to get those quotes to me on such short notice, one guy had to stop by my house at 8 PM after driving back from a seminar in Merryville, Indiana.  I'm sure he was tired and wanted to get home to his family, but I never felt rushed or brushed off, and he meticulously went over everything with me, suggested some things, and I agreed.  I can't wait for them to actually do the work!  If it's anything like the professionalism I have seen thus far in the process, I won't be disappointed.  I will post an update in a couple of weeks.
