They were also very helpful in providing ideas and suggestions. Jake also went above and beyond: we had wood rot on our original deck after only 5 years, and Jake volunteered to figure out who supplied the original wood, went in person to meet with the supplier to understand why it would have rotted, and he sent me a warranty claim form and instructions from the supplier to get a reimbursement for the rotted wood! I’ve never worked with any service provider that’s provided that level of service. I highly recommend ITP Renovations."

"Jeremy at ST&S was the epitome of professional but he was also very friendly. The work he provided is beautiful and his prices were extremely fair. As with all projects things changed as we went along and I found Jeremy to be flexible. If he said he would be at my house at 7am, he was always punctual. A couple weeks after the project was completed there was a small problem with the granite. I texted him, he contacted the company and arranged for the issue to be corrected. Our kitchen was completed in the time frame he originally projected. He is an honest business man. You will not go wrong when you hire ST&S!"

"Chad was our technician. He was beyond fabulous. He quickly identified our problem, which was not, in fact, the thermostat and repaired it same day. He produced videos and showed us exactly what was happening and what needed to be done. Other technicians advised us we needed an entire new HVAC system, but Chad immediately advised us that was not the case and fixed the problem. He also returned the next day and connected two of our vents needing ductwork, all for an incredibly reasonable price. We would recommend Chad to anyone needing HVAC work. Should we need to replace our HVAC system in the future, we will want Chad to handle it. Excellent service."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
