"Moving from Michigan to Florida was not easy. I worked with Desire she was very helpful and couldn't ask for a nicer person. Efren did a great job packing our stuff. I was really worried about my Christmas scene that I put up every year. It arrived all in one piece. Very thankful for that. The only reason I'm giving them 4.5 on work quality is when they were unpacking our stuff they seemed to be in a big hurry. Still everyone we worked with was very nice and hard workers. I would hire them again if needed."

"I called them to move my entire 1100 sq ft 2bed 1bath another room (bedroom clothing/boxes), they gave me 1400 quote. However they sent a 26ft box truck. Before they even started removing anything from my place I told them that wont be big enough. They continued with it and had to rearrange the box truck multiple times, costing more man hours? in the end we couldn?t fit everything, including my couch. We ended up having to call one of our dads with his truck and trailer to move the couch. They charged me for that time too. When moving everything in and out the team lead didn?t help his other two movers at all. At the end of the day two of them almost started fighting in my driveway because of that. This is after charging me another 1k on top of their quote. Had they had the right size truck and all the movers helping, everything would?ve been on time. Funny thing also- I went with them because during the call I asked if they would be able to move my snake cages and I was told yes. As they packed them the owner told them no unless I accept they ?may get broken in transit?. This is after he came to my location and took a promo video (without our permission). Don?t get me wrong the movers were super nice, and one of them (the lead) was smooth tongue saying he?s ?on my side? in the situation, but still no one did anything to mitigate the over charge."

"The move started out good, in my opinion. The team of three workers packed very quickly all of my household items. I was pleased with the speed of getting my belongings packed. I arrived at my new location about 10 to 15 minutes before they arrived. I waited until they arrived and showed them how to get to the rear of the apartment building. I went upstairs to my apartment to unlock the door so they could begin bringing in the bags and boxes. I am alone. I don't have no friend or family member to assist me with supervising the team. One of the workers, Miguel, showed me my small antique lamp that got damaged. I said okay. He apologized for the damage. Later during the move I was told by Donna that my credit card could not be accepted for the Overtime charge of $123.27. Donna told me I must pay cash for the overtime charge which is not my fault. So once again, I left the workers alone with my belongings and went out to get the cash for the overtime and the $75 dollar tip for each worker. I spent an additional $348.27 with this company. $123.27 overtime plus $225.00 tips. After the workers left I felt that something was not right with the move. Later that evening I worked very hard opening the bags and boxes. To my dismay I discovered kitchen items, electronics, clothing, my expensive binoculars, glassware, baking pans, cellphone equipment gone missing. I came to the conclusion that Advanced Moving and Storage Inc is not a quality moving company. During my telephone conversations with Donna and the Owner I told them that I regretted hiring your company and I would never do business with you again. I am seeking a refund of the $889.00 for the Unpacking Service that I cancelled on Thursday May 29, 2025. Would also like to receive a full or 50 percent refund of the entire expenditures totalling $1755.78 (Visa) + $889.00 (Visa) + $123.27 (Cash) + $225.00 (Cash) Equals $2,993.05"

"Professional courteous. They move with ease, but did not realize the refrigerator should be transported upright to preserve oil in the compressor. It was a scare, but found it was a newer fridge and did work."

"Honey Bees Moving was AWESOME! Tim and his team moved our equipment perfectly. It was a tough move with lots of stairs at both ends, and a new location that isn't on GPS completely.
