I wasn't at home, but Anthony from A-1 provided my wife estimates for rebuilding ($9000) or sealing ($1900) the crown and some brick below it and then pressured my wife by saying things like "it will cost more if we have to come back out." Anthony and his colleague were at the house less than two hours and essentially just calked the crown with silicone and applied a little brick sealant. A generous estimate for the materials is less than $100. They coerced my wife into paying $1600 for it. Anthony took advantage of a vulnerable homeowner who didn't know any better just because he could. Their front office was okay with how unethical this was. You will see similarly experiences from others if you read reviews at some other sites. I wish I had."
