After speaking with them, they made arrangements to show up the very next day to do a walk through of our home and talk about the issue. Eric showed up exactly when he said he would. After taking the tour and talking about the issue, he laid out a potential plan for how to proceed. He was very polite, absolutely no pressure from him at all, and was very forthcoming answering all of our questions and concerns. My wife and I discussed how we wanted to proceed, so we called back and spoke with Dave, as Eric mentioned he was the guy for the moth situation. Dave was also very polite, and listened to every concern we had, answered every question we had, and was very willing to work with us in the approach we felt most comfortable with. With their help and expertise we are rapidly ridding ourselves of the moth problem. Almost completely clear of them already, with a few more things to do.
