Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. But Rick worked with me, adjusting the materials and the design and making suggestions to help me make it happen! The deck was completed yesterday and I couldn't be happier. "Decks Decks Decks built my 8’ x 22’ wood deck in September 2019. The deck is extremely well-constructed and feels extremely solid. The craftsmanship is also excellent. They took time to notch all the posts and also put a lovely perpendicular board in the middle of the flooring where the 16’ boards meet the 6’ boards. It’s a really attractive feature and makes the deck stand out. They were very good at communicating and more than happy to have input about the design of the deck throughout the process. They always asked how I would prefer something to be when there was more than one option. I also had a slightly complicated situation as some of the panels on the back of my house above the deck needed to be replaced due to previous water damage, and Decks Decks Decks brought in a master carpenter to do the work. The repaired area looks even better than it did before. They took care of all the paperwork with the borough and arranged for all the inspections, which I appreciated since I certainly didn’t know what was required. I am so pleased with the quality of my deck and have gotten so many compliments from neighbors. It really enhances my house and I know I got really professional, high-quality work. They were also really tidy and did not leave any mess behind—I never found coffee cups or trash or anything else one usually finds on a construction site. I highly recommend Decks Decks Decks."

"I can't praise the workers highly enough. Everything was professionally done. The entire area was cleaned at the end of each day. They made every effort to minimize disruption to my use of the spaces. One day there was a wind storm and a piece of fascia on my neighbor's house came loose and was flapping against the house. The neighbors were out of town. Bob Marburger, the manager on the project was able to pull the fascia down. He did it without any consideration of how he might get paid for his time. In fact, when my neighbor asked him how much he was charging for the fix; Bob told him to forget it. That is an excellent example of the type of person Rick Horn hires. On more than one occasion, they took my garbage to the curb or did other things that helped me out but were unrelated to their project. I have already hired them for another project. Their prices are fair--not the lowest or the highest; but the quality you will get for that fair price is excellent. Rick Horn Construction gets my highest recommendation with no reservation."
