"He came out first and measured the windows and gave me an estimate.  There was no charge for this.  When I gave the okay , he ordered the glass.  When the glass came in, he called and set up a time to come replace it.  With both appointments he was on time.  He stuck to his quote.  ( I researched prices and he was right at where the prices said it would be).  He came in, got the job done, it only took about 30-40 minutes. <br /> <br />"

"Clear Image Glass(Jason and Aurora) replaced about 15 failed windows in our home.  This team did an outstanding job of communicating when and what they were planning to do.  Jason was on time and prepared to do the work that was promised. Get this, after several visits we could not be at home when the scheduled appointment had been set.  Jason was given acces to our home without any supervision and he did the work as advertised.  Completely honest, everything left untouched.  All work was done well and on time."

"Great value compared to some other offers we had. The guy who came to do the estimate was the owner, estimator, and installer. Several other companies tried to get our business but sent out slimy sales guys who tried to talk us into 40k worth of upgrades. No thanks. Express Windows just did what I asked, and didn?t try to make a bunch of offers regarding structural changes to my house to "update the look". I'm not made of money, I just needed windows. These guys did a great job. <br /> The only reason I marked a B for quality is you need to understand the difference between trimming nail plates on new windows and what it can mean to water intrusion later down the road. I have a unique situation where my windows are under 3 feet of roof overhang so I'm not worried about it. I allowed them to trim the nail plates which makes the installation much easier. If the nail plates are not trimmed, the siding needs to come off to properly flash the window, which can basically double the price of the job. My windows are basidcaly sealed with a heavy duty caulk which according to Express Windows is a 30 year product. That remains to be seen and as a homeowner I will be inspecting at least yearly to verify it's holding up. This is a buyer beware situation. I'm not scared of it, but if you know nothing about home maintenance or window installation, I recommend you get a bigger loan and pay to have it done the idiot proof method. If you research the manufactures recommended install process, the nail plates should be retained. Basic rule of thumb, if you have water hitting any windows in a storm, the nail plates should be retained and the flashing needs to be robust. This is Washington after all. It rains here. <br />"

"I called him to help my neighbor and he replaced the driver's side window. I couldn't have asked for anything better. He just repaired the driver's window. He came early, he called ahead. He told me on the phone what he thought it was going to cost. When he got here it didn't cost any more than that. He fixed it right away, he didn't have to order more glass. He was just spot on with everything, we didn't have any problems. He was stellar."

"Aaron, Aaron and Brian installed 2 large windows for us back in September and did such a great job that we had them come back and install 2 more. Aaron really took time to make sure that everything looked great. He went the extra mile and put the trim the went with the house and not what was ordered which we would not have been happy with."
