I got a beautiful 7ft fence (for the privacy), brand new concrete and patio. The quality of the work exceeded what I expected!! We wanted to extend our patio both in length and height so they broke it all down (concrete included) and built back up into something magnificent! We also asked to have a walkway added which they did with ease. They are very thorough and professional. Coming from someone who knows nothing about this kind of stuff, they made the process so smooth and easy. Francisco even helped set us up with an electrical company to get our fans and lights done on the patio! If you need any kind of rework done on your fence or patio, run to call them. I couldn’t ask for a better company."

"I needed a fence to keep my horses from getting out on the road via a new gate I'd had installed a few months earlier. (Another company did it.) In May the gate started opening randomly by itself at odd times and my horses were escaping. I had to chain up my new automatic gate, which defeated it's purpose! Apparently the former installer hadn't coded the automatic opener correctly. So in addition to building a new 585 foot three-rail vinyl horse fence that followed my curving driveway from the road to an existing fence around my house, Carlos reprogrammed the faulty fence opener for me. My new fence has two double gates, a 12-foot and a 10 foot. It was completed in less than a week in June. I live south of Dallas and Carlos is in Greenville so it was quite a drive for him. The new fence was a substantial investment, but besides serving the purpose I needed, it is really beautiful. I wish I could attach pictures to this review. My place now reminds one of a championship Thoroughbred farm in Kentucky."

(A story behind our privacy fence panels from a crazy neighbor lol) and he and his amazing crew knocked it out of the park! My husband and I have already asked for quotes on our future projects. We have truly found an amazing company to complete those. The crew's attention to details and the clean up they did was so professional and respectful. They were willing to haul off the trash but when we said absolutely not....drop it in our trash bins....we got this, they asked "are you sure, we don't mind". It was a no brainer. "If you are looking for a solid construction company sonart is the way to go for sure! All I could say was wow aside from the fact that my mouth was completely open for a solid five minutes LOL! The house was built around the 50s and hasnâ t been updated since the original build.
