"I use Donelson Air for a spring and fall tune-up on the HVAC unit and they always do a great job.  On the recent spring tune-up I asked them to look at a small but frustrating issue with one air duct in the crawlspace (slightly detached duct so air to that room smelled like the crawlspace...Yuck!).   <br /> Even though this was outside the scope of the tune up and it required a separate trip by another technician, they fixed the issue as part of the tune up contract.   It seems impossible to find vendors that are willing to get in a dirty cramped crawlspace unless it is for a big ticket job so I am very very thankful to Donelson Air for their help and service. <br />"

Had complete central air unit and duct work replaced due to a skunk that crawled into the coil and died (which was not actually discovered until the replacement was performed. It was previously assumed that the skunk had simply sprayed and the smell lingered.) From the initial call until the invoice was received, these folks were nothing less than outstanding. Reliable heating and a/c workers are very hard to come by in my area, and after several failed attempts with other companies, Roscoe Brown came through in a big way. "These guys are a good-natured, enthusiastic, professional, and hard-working crew!  We were getting joist reinforcement done under the house and the workers for that company said they needed our metal ducting removed and set to the side so they could get to the joists and jack up the floor, and then replaced when they were done.  I contacted Redd's, who I had used once before for air conditioner repair, and James came to inspect, and let me know our ducting was duct board instead of metal and would fall apart if they tried to move it and put it back in place.  It was almost 30 years old and probably in need of replacement anyway.  James gave us a quote by the next day for all new metal ducting.  They had to time their work in coordination with the other company, and with 3 days notice, they were here by 7:45 a.m. and had all the duct work removed and carted away by 9:15.  Two days later, the other company finished the joist work by noon and Redd's was back that afternoon to install enough of the new duct work so we could have partial A/C over the weekend.  They were back on Monday and finished the whole thing.  They not only installed all new duct work, but also replaced vent covers that were rusting a little, and installed all new vapor barrier, which we had already contracted the other company for but got to cancel and saved $600.  They worked very hard, but always had time to answer my questions and explain what they were doing, and even pointed out a small water pipe leak for me so I could get it repaired.  I won't have any problem using this very professional company again. <br />"

"On 1/22/2013 Tony Hall from Covenant Heating and Cooling came to my home to check out my heating unit.  Tony arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment and displayed and clean and neat, professional appearance.  When he came into my home, he put booties over his shoes so he wouldn't track in dirt.  When he went to the HVAC unit, he found my problem in about 5 minutes.  Tony said that he would have to order the part.  On 1/23/2013 Covenant called and said that the part was in and I scheduled and appointment for 1/24/2013.  On 1/24/2013, Tony was again early for his appointment and had my HVAC repaired in about 15 minutes.  I was very impressed with this company and Tony Hall. <br />"
