Brian joined the insurance meeting and helped me WIN approval When State Farm sent their adjuster, Brian came immediately—even though they arrived early. He waited patiently for the third-party inspector (who was late), and then walked them through every problem area. He clearly explained the hail damage, the leaks, and exactly why it needed approval. Honestly, State Farm is famous for being strict, but with Brian’s help, I finally got approved for a full roof replacement. I was so relieved and grateful. 3. He also helped me get approval for interior repairs There were water stains inside my house caused by the roof leak. I didn’t even know I could include this in the claim, but Brian talked to the adjuster directly and helped me get additional coverage for the interior repairs as well. "Contacted Home Genius through Angie’s List to replace the siding and gutters on my house and agreed to an appointment. I liked the sales pitch but had to cut it short (to an hour) as I had to go pick up my son. The sales ‘expert’ said he’d send me a quote along with other pertinent information the next day. After a week with no word, I called back and received an apology from customer service and was guaranteed to hear back regarding the quote within 48 hours. Another week passed and I called again. Got the same treatment from customer service along with the same promise of contact within 48 hours. It’s been another week now and obviously they have no intention of following up on this. Can’t speak to the work they do but pre-sale work is lacking."
