"Masters Roofing is the best in their business. 10 years ago I had hail damage to my roof and every single house surrounding me was approved for replacement but I was denied, 3 times! Fast forward to fall 2020, there was wind damage to my roof and I lost several shingles. Again, I went to my insurance company; long story short, I was denied once again. Spring of 2021 it was suggested I obtain estimates from a roofer and resubmit the claim to insurance. I began gathering estimates from 6 different roofing companies but there was one that stood out to me, Masters Roofing. They sent a representative out, Tom Shay, who was very professional and very knowledgeable of the products and process! He spent a lot of time explaining the process, my color choices of shingles and material used. Tom was the ONLY one of the six estimates to provide me a folder with material and information about the company, shingle choices, shingle colors, etc. If anyone could get my roof approved, it was Masters Roofing. They immediately prepared the necessary paperwork to submit to insurance; a couple weeks later my roof was approved! Master Roofing was the best choice. Tom continued to work with me in selecting the right shingle color and delivering actual samples to my home. Once the date was set, the shingles were delivered as planned and the work was completed on time and in a clean and organized manner. I couldnâ  t have asked for a better experience. "A&M recently replaced my roof and I am highly satisfied. The process/project from beginning to end moved swiftly and smoothly. The office staff kept in touch telling me every step. The project supervisor on site let me know things dealing with my roof that could not be seen until the shingles were removed. There was a large hole in the wood from standing rain water near my chimney. He sent me a picture and did not repair it without my approval. "I requested a quote through Angies list on 11-27-20. I got a response from the company on 11-30-20 and received a quote on 12-1-20 after Steve came out and looked at roof. I had already gotten four other quotes and was trying to decide who to go with when Steve called back on 12-9-20 to see to see if I had decided, said they had room for a small job in between some bigger jobs. After a little price haggling I told them to go ahead with the job. They came out Friday 12-11-20 at 7:30 am and had old shingles removed and new shingles installed and clean-up done by 4:30pm. I was very pleased with the entire process from first contact to last contact which was Barry stopping by a few days later to pick up check. "Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. "I would absolutely hire them again. There were some things were great about them but there were some mishaps. However, they satisfied me for the most part.

When they put the roof on the screened in porch and when they were finished, you could see the nails coming through the ceiling but they offered to come and fix it.

They hired a sub to do my siding that I'm not really happy with but Camden was overall, really great.

For example: The sales representative that they have (TJ Stover) was absolutely fantastic. He was very attentive and really helped me out. He was there through everything and was just excellent.
