"HIGHLY Recommend!! Shani and another woman from her team (sorry I don't remember her name!) came to our house last week and did an AMAZING job cleaning our 2bd/2ba condo. Shani mentioned on the phone that the service they'd be providing would be a regular cleaning service and not a "deep clean" though it was so thorough it looked and felt like a deep clean to me and my husband! WOW. They made our house sparkling clean in 2 hours and didn't miss a thing. We've had cleaners in the past not move items to dust (dusted around, ya know?) but not a surface was missed. Several days later my husband was still pointing things out that were cleaned very thoroughly. We appreciate the attention to detail and care that Shani and her team took with our home. We're looking to make room in our budget for a monthly cleaning with Clean Scentsation. A+"

"Sorry, it's been a while ago, and I don't remember all the specifics.  I am looking for someone to hire on a monthly basis and use the Angi's List offers to "try out" different providers. I do remember that Amber was very pleasant to deal with when scheduling my appointment.  The cleaning team was efficient, but I wasn't "thrilled" with the job that they did.  One bathroom was not cleaned (that may have been a communication issue).  I can't recall the other reasons at this time, but I do know that my thoughts were "I'll keep looking".  I did not call Amber about this for two reasons.. 1) I am not a complainer and I realize I received a discounted price (I don't recall what I paid) and 2) I felt if Amber wanted feedback from a first time customer, she would have contact me.

The company brings its own cleaning supplies and the women on the cleaning crew were competent and pleasant.   The company is fine for a simple house-cleaning job.   However, they were not prepared for post-construction cleaning, didn't seem to have experience at post-construction cleaning, and the painters complained they were disruptive and inexperienced.

The company's listing here mentions post-construction cleanup as part of their expertise.   I asked at the beginning of the job for the crew's #1 priority to be vacuuming up all the construction dust.   The company was unprepared, having brought only 1 small vacuum - the owner returned 2 hours after start time with a 2nd vacuum cleaner.  Neither the owner nor the crew seemed to understand the need to vacuum up the pervasive dust.  I personally spent at least 3 hours vacuuming while they were cleaning.  

The painters complained repeatedly about them, and said they had not seen a post-construction cleanup without major vacuuming.

I called Jiffy Wagon to schedule a haul off old garage cabinets.  A.J. & Diego came out the next day and loaded every in 20 minutes. Small project but excellent service. As I move toward my renovation, I plan to use their services again.
