"J&M Electrical did an outstanding job of installing a home backup generator. When the gentleman came out to do the onsite inspection and provide me with the results and options, it was a no pressure sales approach. He walked me through the entire process that was used to determine what size generator I would require in the event of a power failure. When he had left the house that evening it was not with an ultimatum of “You must let us know right away, or in the next 72 hours” type approach. In this case it was more along the lines of “Think it over and we are glad to have been able to present our product” Once we decided to have the generator installed the communication from the front office in regards to what was required from me and what the contractor would provide was excellent. Scheduling was easy and all that was discussed was provided on time and with no exceptions. The work crew was on time and cleaned up upon completion of the installation. Overall an outstanding experience and I would recommend them to anybody looking to have a backup home generator installed."

"Charles went above and beyond to service me, preventing possible electrical damage my home could had accrued!!! Originally he couldn't get me in until Monday when I called. Today is Wednesday. A few hrs later Charles called and said he would fit me in to make sure my home would be ok. I had a tripped switch that activated my 3rd Bedroom electricity. Charles and Rodney came to my home and had my problem fixed before long. I was sweatening! I am so relieved now! Now I have a good Electrician who I can refer others to as well! "Over all, very well.  I called on 7/20 for an estimate and received a prompt call back from the owner.  We arranged to have the work done the next day.  I discussed the job with the owner, Mike, and he made several suggestions which made the installation better and a little less expensive.  On Saturday, the electrician, Jeff,  called about 15 minutes prior to arrival and showed up on time for the work.  He was extremely neat, covered all the bedroom furniture, thoroughly cleaned up after he was finished and answered every question we had along the way.
Overall, Cole Electric did quality work at a fair price and we will certainly use them again.
