"Charles and his assistant Doug arrived as planned on the Sunday after Christmas, and worked all day despite an oncoming blizzard. They were both very friendly and professional, and worked non-stop The windows look great. The door installation was complicated and probably fairly unpleasant, but the final product far exceeded our expectations. The old door was a non-standard size and very poorly installed. Rather than insisting on a custom order door, Charles figured out a way to rebuild the door frame so that we could use a standard size steel door and improve the configuration of the door frame at the same time. The new door is not only a lot more attractive and energy efficient, it functions 100 times better than before. To top it off, Charles not only worked over time to get the installation done in time for us to qualify for a tax credit, but also gave a discount because we are Angie's List members. We recommend them without hesitation!"

When I contacted Dan, he listened as I listed off my handyman tasks and he said he had the time to complete all of them. Before beginning the work, he came to my house to see the supplies I had purchased and to figure out what he needed to buy to do the remaining jobs. When I mentioned that I needed my air conditioners taken out of the windows, he agreed to do that task right then and there because the weather was getting cooler. On the first two occasions, Dan and Alex arrived promptly together, and Alex finished off the last few tasks on part of a third day. These men are extremely polite, cooperative, and personable. They are willing to listen to the homeowner's requests and concerns, and they consult one another for ideas about how to do the more complex jobs. They are conscientious, experienced handymen, who take pride in doing excellent work, and they clean up after themselves which is greatly appreciated. I was extremely pleased with everything.
