"THE BEST. Tao and his team are professional to work with, and do an INCREDIBLE job. The team worked hard, and the job was completed on-time and on-budget. On top of it all, Tao is the nicest person to work with - a guy with a big heart (he accelerated our job to accommodate the move of our piano). I cannot say enough good things. I normally wouldn't wax lyrical about a floor installation / refinishing company, but Taozen deserves the glowing review. 10 stars. Phenomenal."

They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid attention to every detail — the final result came out flawless. He showed consideration of homeowners throughout the project by completing the project in a timely manner and maintaining a clean work area. "Perfection - NE floors. Talk to Roman. He came one day and priced out buffing my old floors and applying a new cost of matte refinish. The home had been used as an air B and B for years and the floors in living room and dining room and stairs were badly worn and dirty. Nothing I did with cleaners and micro fiber cloths helped. Roman gave me what I felt was a good fair price. He was ready to come a couple of days later He and his guys moved all my furniture out, buffed the floor with some kind of compound, Cleaned up snd put down a new matte finish in half a day. I had to let the floors dry over night but they looked like new in the morning sunlight. All the dirt and imperfections I could see in the backlight before was gone. The finish looked like new and is perfect I’m thrilled, he couldn’t have done a better job. They came back put all the furniture back in place. All along They Couldn’t have been more careful, polite or professional. I highly recommend NE floors."

"Happy with the installed wood flooring. Job well done and and good costumer service."

"The completed bamboo floor is great. We had a few problems during the installation, but everything was taken care of and I was kept well informed about the situation."

"We have hired Ralph at least four times. Made a difficult removal of a distressed old tile floor and replaced with oak that perfectly matched our existing floor elsewhere in house. Made another difficult removal of tile in sunroom and replaced with stunning manufactured wood floor from Sweden. Restored and painted deck. Everything was perfect, plus Talph and crew are just nice people."

"Jared and his team installed a hardwood floor in my house. They arrived on time, listened and then laid out a plan, did a great professional job on the install, cleaned up before/after and left the room clean and ready for use. Highly recommend them based on what I had done."
