The only reason I didn't give an Excellent rating was because I did think the price was a little high. But since I didn't have much time before the re-inspection, I did not get estimates, just hired the first company I hired. So it's possible that this was a good price and in that case, I would rate excellent!"

I believe it took total of 5 days because of early weather in October 22. No paint chips on ground, very conscious of my shrubs and gardens, you would not even know they were painting. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this outstanding company and would not hesitate to have them paint my home again. The price was very fair, the warranty good but most of all they always stayed in touch to let me know what was going to happen etc. My team, Frank, Benjamin and Valerio were amazing. "Despite much back and forth with my HOA over the span of two months, Worgens Painting remaining patient, flexible, and responsive with providing updated quotes. I’ll add that I had four other companies quote labor/materials for staining the deck and fence, along with replacing warped or damaged boards. Worgens quote was fair and reasonable in comparison to the other estimates I received. Worgens painters did an excellent job with the repairs, even patching up areas that were not discussed during the labor estimation process. Additionally, the painters had great attention to detail, applying two layers of high quality stain to the deck and fence. I’m very impressed with the results, and have received compliments from my neighbors as well. I only have one minor complaint that prevents a five star rating. The quote promises that anything removed from the deck will be put back in its original place. This did not happen, and several debris such as residual wood, screws, and old hardware were left scattered throughout the yard. A little more effort to clean up the area upon conclusion of the project would have been appreciated. Again, very minor complaint that does not diminish the quality of their craftsmanship. Overall, I highly recommend Wogens and would hire them again without hesitation."

From the beginning communication was poor, I was not told any updates and my house was left unlocked everyday with lights left on after the team left. When the project was done I had to have them come back to fix the overspray and paint splatter on my walls. My stove and counters were not covered when painting resulting in paint getting into these surfaces. The painting edges on all cabinets and on the trim was messy and all over the place in which I was told to wipe off with a cloth. My basement was left a mess and the painters helped themself to pieces of wood they assumed was scrape to use as painting supports- they ended up being pieces of a personal project I was working on. My wood floors were scratched by them trying to remove paint from my floors. At the end of this I was told this was normal practice and to hire a cleaning crew. Felt disrespected during this entire project."
