"Paul was very professional, courteous and friendly. We had an outside light that did not work. Paul came and checked and found that the circuit wiring was open. He provided a quick solution and got the light working. We are happy with his work, professional approach and for helping fix the problem. We would refer Paul and hire him again for electrical work."

"George came to price an outlet installation for my new washer. He was so direct and honest and reasonable that I hired him to do it on the spot. Two weeks later the light in my bathroom ceiling fan went out. I called him to come out and instead he diagnosed the problem (correctly) through text and led me through some simple steps to fix it. If I could cook like my mother I would have baked him a pie. Instead I'm writing this review so that everyone knows what a great electrician and person George is."

"Great experience Justin, Nate & Timothy were awesome. Very knowledgeable, professional & curious. Aside from the cleanliness they delivered an experience. I highly recommend HL bowman if you want rapid service on your HVAC. Pricing was reasonable in my opinion & financing is an option. Keep in mind when seeking quotes for your HVAC repair/ new install you must consider performance over equipment, that is if your want a good system that will have a good run/life span."

"I hired them for a complex EV CHARGER installation project. I have detached garage which required wires to be pulled from my home to my garage for about 300feet. Matt showed up on time and was very clear with the communication and what to expect. The price was cheaper compared to other electricians I enquired through angi. Overall he did an exceptional job and I would highly recommend hiring him."

"I contacted Joe based on reviews from this site to install a level 2 Tesla EV charger and a dedicated separate electric meter to get a reduced rate here in Wakefield. Joe was pleasant, professional, knew exactly what was required, and worked with the Town and Electric Company to ensure everything was understood before starting. The install included a 30 ft run through the basement to garage. The work was perfect and Joe kept me informed throughout the process from application, permitting, install, inspection, and activation. His price was reasonable too."

"Was available to come out quickly. What I thought was a simple repair ended up being a little trickier. I asked them to run an additional wire for me at the last second and it was no problem."

"It turns out I just needed to replace a breaker that was a much cheaper repair since my system was already upgraded to 100 amps. No need to replace the panel. Brandon explained this well, worked efficiently and professionally."

"New washer was causing circuit breakers to flip on my electrical panel. Mr. Handyman, who does my home repair and maintenance, referred me to McCurdy Electric emphasizing that they are the best in the business. Contacted McCurdy Electric and from that first phone call was in great hands. From Judy in the Office to Owner John who came out to meet and prepare estimate, professional and kind all the way. Logoed truck, always on time. Upgraded service to 100 AMP. Shebeeb and Brandon dug the trenches, ran the wires and quite honestly worked hard getting me back up with electricity before they left. McCurdy Electric even pulled the required permits and met with the City Inspector at my home. Just sat back with a book and let the professionals do their magic. Will not hesitate to contact them the next time I need electrical work done. Five Stars. --Charlene in West Peabody, MA"

"Two outlets in one of my bedrooms were not working. Jose came over that week and determined the problem. The following week he returned and made the repairs. Jose is knowledgeable and personable. He arrived on time and his price was fair. I am glad I found a competent and reliable electrician. I have absolutely no problems with Jose and would highly recommend him."

"Ryan arrived within minutes of my request, assessed the electrical situation, and offered an affordable estimate. He returned the next day with materials in hand. Within an hour, our issue was resolved! Ryan was professional, affable, and efficient. We would definitely hire him again!"
