They handled everything with the permit and the inspector and included the fee in our bill. They removed removed the damaged sidewalk blocks and apron and prepped everything for the inspector in less than a day. Day two was concrete pouring and driveway replacement. "I want to start with Frank was the most painless, professional contractor I have ever used, and I had four houses built. I get my driveway seal coated every two years, and will only use a paving company. Over the last few years I have used various paving companies with great reviews and had some issues, that I was not happy with. Keeping in mind paving companies charge a little more, use quality materials and I am willing to pay for the work. Frank was excellent, in response time, scheduling and doing everything he said upon agreed work. He answered all of my questions and the issues I had with my previous seal coating which I wanted to avoid this time around. I am completely happy. I pulled my car in after my two day wait and have no tire marks, or pull up which was my previous issue, with another provider. Seven years later my quest is solved in finding a paving contractor I can just call and do my future seal coating work. Frank will be the first contractor I will call when I need my driveway repaved. "October 2013 was the second time I had Dan from American Drain Cleaning & Plumbing do work at my house.  The first job a couple years ago was to replace the shutoff valve on the line to the outside hose bibb.  The second time (October 2013) was for the 3 jobs listed above.  Both times the work was done professionally and in a timely manner.  Both valve replacements were done with higher quality parts than the builder had used.  After the initial installation, the shower needed adjusting to run hotter and getting that done took a single phone call, and it was done the next day.  So I would say American Drain is responsive to calls after the primary job is done.  The cost for the 3 jobs in October 2013 included the hardware & labor. Based on experiences I have had with other plumbing companies in the area, American Drain Cleaning & Plumbing is more reasonable.  I would recommend them and plan to use them in the future.
