"The job itself was done perfectly, which is why the 5 stars. . My only problem is that I was not aware that the part Bill ordered for our storm door was NOT just a small part as I was told but an entire frame for the entire door! What I thought was an easy fix ended up costing me $250. The price for the frame was $75. I feel totally overcharged."

He takes care of his customers very well and gives them itemized receipts so you know what you are spending on. Not only does he make sure things function as they should, but keeps the esthetics in mind and does a great job at whatever he does! He gives you good suggestions and finds things that are reasonably priced for your projects. Overall, his service is OUTSTANDING. "I can only say great things about JA Drywall. We had quite a complicated chimney repair. From the beginning of the process, this company stood out from all the others. Most companies did not return my calls. One did respond but never showed up to start work. The JA Drywall owner came to our initial appointment on time, evaluated the job and gave us a reasonable and fair estimate. The work crew then came on time and worked really hard for two days to repair the chimney. At each stage they kept us informed of progress. They did a wonderful job, kept the site clean and tidied up once job completed. On top of their excellent work, they are a team of friendly and courteous workers, who also took care of a few other things that needed attention.
