This was all done 3 to 5 years ago, so this a longer-term review than most. As other reviews indicated, they subcontract pretty much everything. The folks at Weather Seal are very empathetic and seem genuinely concerned about the customer, but when it comes down to it, the work isn't very good - we're still dealing with leaks."
