"Yazmin was awesome, super friendly, always early and charged a fair price. I gave 3 stars because each cleaning something was missed, which I brought to her attention. She would make sure to do it the next cleaning, but then something else was missed. Seems like the cleanings were always rushed. I don't think I am being too anal, but I shouldn't have to go back and clean things after I just paid to have it done. Such as, crumbs still on kitchen counters and nothing was moved or cleaned under, bedroom not dusted very well, and food/dirt still on floor. Paid for a separate cleaning for the blinds/baseboards/windowsills, but the blinds didn't get finished. Yazmin said she would go back over them the next 2 cleanings, but they were never finished. Have half dusted blinds now."

The team arrived in uniform, communication beforehand was clear, and their bright green Prius with the broom on top actually made them easy to spot coming down the street (which I wasn’t expecting, but it gave us a good laugh). When they finished, the house looked fantastic. They paid attention to details like the baseboards and other areas that cleaners often overlook. "They went in, cleaned the home and for some bizarre reason decided to peel the label of a 2 day old dryer with a razor blade.... Entire front damaged... Then refused to pay, then willing to pay half. We bought our client the dryer $900, now will file against their liability insurance/Bond if needed. FYI, NOW FOUND OUT NO INSURANCE OR BOND ON THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE..."
