"At first, there was a warranty issue after Hurricane Irma and frustration. I am very excited to give an update about PRC. They are a wonderful company. Though there was an issue in the past, they have more than made up for it. I came to learn that the company was going through a major reorganization last fall, weeding out some "bad apples". This can happen in any business. PRC has gone above and beyond to make things right for me. Hiring Rick Phelps to run the show along side the top brass has proven to be an excellent move by the company. He is kind, called me regularly, stopped in to personally oversee the repairs, and made sure that superior quality and service was afforded to me and to the project. I cannot rave enough about how great both Rick Phelps and this company are. In fact, PRC went many “extra miles” for me in that they paid for things that were not even part of their original agreement. They reroofed my flat roof, bought me an expensive hurricane resistant (fantastic) wood and glass door, gutted the room, added a new ceiling, new walls, new thick insulation, fixed an air conditioning issue I had, hauled away old equipment, installed new, fixed an outside hole, rebricked outside, repainted and added carpeting of my choice to the room. It is gorgeous! In fact, when the Home Depot installers made an error on the carpet install, Rick got that fixed for me too. Be sure to choose PRC for many of your construction needs. Ask for Rick!"

"They were extremely professional and expediant in setting up the appointment and then reminding me of it the day before. John, the inspector, even returned to the home on a later day so that he could inspect the storage room, which had been blocked by the tenants belongings, and to inspect a roof repair that had been completed. And he did not even charge me for the return visit. Their report was thorough with lots of pictures, and the summary at the end told me exactly all the work that needed to be done. They also coordinated with the pest inspector to be there at the same time. <br />"

"I waited almost a year to post this review to allow some time to pass so my review is honest and not a reflection of relief that it's over. MATT AND TEAM ARE OUTSTANDING!! He was on the job site regularly and responded to calls or emails within 24 hours. Final bill came within $500 of estimate; which could be contributed to owner upgrades. Owners paid separately for bathroom cabinets and granite, and to have terrazzo floors in bedrooms polished. Weren’t thrilled when installed tub valve was not seated properly and leaked ruining our original choice of Cali Bamboo flooring in Cognac stain. However, plumber admitted fault and between him and Matt covered all replacement costs. We took the opportunity to change the flooring as Cali Bamboo in that shade scratches EASILY. DO NOT ORDER THAT PRODUCT. We went with a cork laminate (Home Depot) in the kitchen (husband is the cook and has back problems, he can stand for hours without issues) and Hickory flooring made by Columbia throughout the rest of the house. Matt even drove to the supplier in Tampa to pick up the Hickory flooring to get us in the house before Christmas. Steve and Adam did a lot of the work, were very professional and kept the job site clean. We would eventually like to add a Florida room on the back of the house and when we are ready for that project we will call Matthew Ray Homes."

"Joe had a crew of four men on the job every day, and was generally on the roof with them most of the time.  In the course of tearing off the old roofing, they found a great deal of damaged and rotten wood, and set about repairing it as rapidly as they found it.  By the time they finished, they had replaced 13 full sheets of plywood and 150 feet of 2 x 4's -- and I wondered how bad the time and materials charge was going to be.  It turned out to be less than $1500 above the agreed-to price, and I was very pleased. <br /> The job was finished in four days and the final product was a great new roof. <br /> I think the one thing that impressed me the most about the workmanship of the crew was that every day they spent roughly the last half hour cleaning up the worksite, including rolling their large magnet completely around the house to ensure that there were few, if any, nails or other metal objects lying around to puncture an unsuspecting human of canine foot ! <br /> Joe Bouolais has all the equipment necessary to do all his work -- including a large dump truck that remained on site throughout the project to handle all the removed materials, including all of the wrapping papers for the "peel and stick" underlayment and the the wrapping on the actual shingle bundles.  At the completion of the work, the crew did an extremely thorough inspection of the property, even hand picking small pieces of roofing materials out of the flower beds,  The truck was then carefully covered with a large tarp for a trip to the local dump.  He also has a work trailer with all of his tools, including a gasoline powered air compressor for his many nail guns, that remained on site for the entire job. <br /> In summary, I could not have been more satisfied with the job done by Joe Boulais and his crew and can recommend Boulais Roofing to others without hesitation.  They do extremely quality work. <br />"
