"Daniel the salesman was professional and courteous. He gave a projected timeframe for our fence installation but that it could change due to weather and material. My main complaint was with the office. They were with terrible in communicating any delays to us. The saving grace was the installation team (Ryan and crew - 5 stars) their work was top notch. We have small dogs, and they took the time to make sure there were no opening's that our dogs could get out. They were able to start and finish up the same day. Our fence looks awesome and have gotten compliments from several of our neighbors. Great job......."

"We had a palm tree fall onto a section of our chain link fence. I contacted the company that installed the fence, and they were totally disinterested in servicing a previous customer. A few other fence contractors I called didn't repair chain link. I found Campanella Fence, Inc. on line, and was extremely satisfied with the service. Sal Campanella, a retired NY police officer, was able to come by our house the same day I called him to give us an estimate. The next day he arrived first thing in the morning and completed the repair where the tree had landed, plus two more spots with damage that had existed previously. "Durham & Sons put in my last HVAC system over 12 ears ago and I've had a service contract with them. Recently a $2000 part went and I verified that replacing it was not a good investment given the system's age. They took the time to explain options in detail. As luck would have it, the pandemic and factory issues made finding the desired replacement units a real challenge. But these guys really stepped up to the challenge. Besides temporarily installing 4 window units to hold us over, they were creative and persistent and found what was needed. Their crew did impeccable work taking out the old system and replacing it, really going above & beyond. "I've used this company several times over the last 3 years.  They do beautiful work and are extremely nice.  They also have lots of good design ideas.  However, they are very very slow.  I waited months for product and when I (frequently) called they either didn't return my calls or wouldn't confirm a delivery date.  I had to go to their office to get a real answer on 2 seperate occasions.  <br /> <br /> If you use them-discuss the time frame and hold them to it.  Also, be there when they install-there was lack of communication between the ordering and the installation on 2 parts of the job.  The wooden fence would have been put in the wrong place if I hadn't been there to correct them and the metal fence would have been installed incorrectly as well."

"Matt's response was swift. He came and assessed the work that needed to be done and gave what we found to be a fair estimate. Shortly after returning to his office he called back to inform us that he would lower the price because he found that he had a dumpster available for the rubble. As it was a relatively small project he brought an additional worker. Before starting the demolition they searched along the perimeter of the concrete for the presence of lines or pipes. After ascertaining that it was clear they proceeded to cut the concrete into smaller blocks in a professional and efficient manner. No cracks were created in the concrete that remained . They cleared the area of all debris and left it looking nice and clean. They even graciously consented to remove some broken stepping stones that were in the backyard. We were very impressed with their workmanship and the cleanly cut edges of the concrete. Now the landscaper can proceed to putting in sod as there was no appreciable delay because of the quick response. We will have a backyard to be proud of."
