"Weâ d like to say the categories of this is not Fair to Texas Green Lead in regard to our project! We got several quotes or attempted to. This project was HUGE, we asked Gerardo to pour a driveway, build a shop pad with a massive retaining wall, erect a 30x50 metal shop, add a 22x20â patio extension extending the existing roof line. Gerardo performed phenominally! Our project took several months but from the start communication has been excellent! All concernâ s big or small was addressed. My Wife and I were hesitant at the beginning of our project but we can assure you, GERARDO and Texas Green Leaf are your top choice! From prepping, pouring and finishing the concrete work, erecting and welding the shop to building our patio extension along with the finish work. Our investment was in great hands! "I hired Blake and company to pour a 15x38 stained and stamped patio. The cement pour, color and stamp turned out very nice. The problem I have is instead of letting the concrete sit for about 2 weeks, he sealed it after 3 days. It looked horrible as the moisture came up through the concrete and left white marks everywhere. His answer was more sealer (3 coats) and still looks bad. This was to be done by 12/1/18 and he wants to wait until spring to finish by putting another coat of sealer on it. I've researched and talked to other concrete installers and it will cost me $1164.00 to fix as sealer was put on too early. The sealer has to be stripped, let dry and only 2 thin coats reapplied. NTX has directed me to have another company fix the problem and has refunded me the money to make me whole and not be out any more cash above our contract."
