"As always with Matthew, a positive experience that exceeded our expectations. We had scheduled our appointment some weeks in advance and Matthew contacted me a week or so ahead of the date and again the day before to confirm and give me an arrival time. He also offered to pick up the new door on his way to install, thereby saving us a $79 delivery charge. He arrived very promptly, actually a few minutes ahead of the scheduled time and immediately began. Since this was an exterior door, Matthew hung a drop cloth over the opening to minimize dust, flies and heat coming into the house. He also protected the tile floor with a mat over the work area. He asked if my dogs were secure before taking down the door, something I greatly appreciated. He also asked if I would mind him playing his radio in the garage while he worked. As always, very polite and considerate. He installed the door, trim and hardware and did a beautiful job of painting. He re-used the lockset we had recently purchased for our old door and re-keyed the new deadbolt so that we could use the same key for both locks. Then he showed me how to re-key should we need to do that at some point in the future. Clean up was meticulous. Matthew swept the work area, including the baseboards where some dust had drifted, as well as garage space surrounding the door. I wish that all service providers offered the same work ethic, professionalism and expertise that Matthew does. He is truly outstanding."

"Steve and his coworker scheduled my project for Friday morning, June 17. They announced that they were on their way and arrived, as scheduled. They immediately went to work and did phase I (remove Pergo and lay ceramic tile) in no time. It was done all so quickly, a testament to how these 2 folks work well together with Steve measuring and his coworker cutting the tiles, to perfection. Steve told me he would return the next morning for Phase II, grouting and toilet replacement. He arrived right on time the next day and again went right to work. Again, he was done in no time. Steve cleaned up after himself, and I had to do absolutely nothing. His work was excellent and we are very happy with the final project. My only suggestion to Steve and his crew would be to wear a mask, at least when doing the initial meeting of the customer, in these days of COVID. When he was working in the powder room there was more than ample distance between us. Just a suggestion. Again, we are extremely happy with the job done and I would recommend Pete Anderson (and Steve) to everyone."

"We had a large, tiled half brick/half window walled sunroom we wanted to transform into a comfortable, safe playroom for our son. We also wanted to add an exterior door to the space which required him to remove a window, cut through a brick wall, frame the new doorway, create a threshold and install the new door and hardware. He framed, insulated, drywalled and trimmed out the interior brick walls, making them safe to play around. It looks like a completely different room, and it's quickly become or favorite in the house to spend time in. We LOVE the work that was done, and wouldn't hesitate to hire Eric again."

"Rob & Glenn assessed the box applying logical, experienced problem solving beginning with GFI. They determined the GFI was damaged from the lightening strike and replaced it. We now have the pool lights. Rob determined that the smoke detector was old (> 10 years) and needed replacement, which he did efficiently, while Glenn replaced the dimmer switch on the can-light switch. By removing the wall plate in living-room & Master-bath, Rob & Glenn were able to determine the 2 mystery switches were for the ceiling fan lights (both absent, but totally made sense when enlightened to the cause). I asked Rob for a walk through the house to check all electrical (recently purchased home) and he did not hesitate, giving me peace of mind that the electrical is up to par. He also informed me that Above & Beyond Electric will assist with plumbing issues as well as electrical. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY ELECTRICAL/PLUMBING RESIDENTIAL WORK.
