"Tips for this business based on our recent move: Arrive at the scheduled time, bring basic tools for moving, don't overbook on holiday weeks, and respond to customer service calls after the move. We were told 8-9am and the moving team arrived at 4:30pm AND they were high, hungry, and overworked. They also didn't have the basic tools needed to take apart furniture (i.e. allen wrench).
