He was courteous and professional throughout his visit and answered all of our questions regarding the work needed and why. He provided an estimate the same day, which was fair and covered the services indicated. Lim and George who performed the work were also punctual, professional, and very nice. They finished the entire job on the same day and really did an excellent job overall on all of the work performed. They even went so far as to match the bricks they used to build up the chimney, which is 85 years old. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of the work. Vick and his team also followed up after the main job was completed on a cap and assisted with the inspection performed by the township. This is a company that wants to assure that everything is right and to ensure your satisfaction. I would certainly strongly recommend Approved Chimney to anyone that needs these services."
