The crew who did the concrete were polite and professional, the slab is smooth (they apologized for it not being better- the weather wasn't great but it looks perfect to me) and they cleaned up everything- including excess concrete piles. Their carpenter built custom doors for the previously unfinished and irregular entrance and they are of very good quality down to the hardware. "I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"My initial phone call message was promptly returned and an appointment was set which Mr. Mollitor said might have to be rescheduled depending on a very large masonry job they were doing outside.  He did call well ahead to reschedule and actually came much earlier in the day than the time he had set and he called ahead to make certain I was home.  His crew, himself and two others, were extremely friendly & polite, removed their shoes before coming in and immediately set to work.  This was an exceptional crew, all of whom were knowledgeable and skillful in doing what had to be done.  They left the living room looking as though no one had been there except for a perfectly restored firebox.  This was the kind of service you always hope to get for whatever work needs to be done on your house.  The price was lower than what my expectations had been for the amount of time spent and the quality of the workmanship.  The cost was exactly as originally quoted.  I highly recommend this company and only wish I had known about them when we had our driveway replaced. <br />"
