Later that same day, I found out that our gate latch is not staying in tact easily which he fixed. I left him a message to come back to adjust the latch but I haven't heard from him. "Rick Dentoni responded quickly to my initial call.  He took measurements and was up to the challenge.  I did have to prompt him to give written estimate which was comparable to another highly rated company.  I decided on AGI because he would be on job. Once I received his estimate our building department quickly approved his design and plan for the existing gate remodel and automation. <br /> He had to replace employees due to internal company issues so there was a 2 month delay in getting started.  Once we began project which required gates to be removed and reworked the process took about three weeks to a month for final inspection.  Rick was on the job with his crew every step of the way as one employee was new to his team.  His daughter, Christi, finished up with the finishing touches to the iron work.  The 35 year old gates are operating perfectly six months later and look fabulous.   <br /> <br />"
