"Chad and his crew were absolutely amazing. From the first sales call, until the last nail of completion, I knew we could count on him. He had been referred, and we immediately felt comfortable with Chad, as he patiently explained the value in a significant undertaking - this roof will be there another 200 years, the quality is just that good! The work was on-time, professional, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up when they are done. We plan to use Metal Roofs Direct for other roofs when the time comes!"

"They were very professional, they stripped the roof and shingled in one day, they cleaned the entire yard and the price was very reasonable."

"I've had the great opportunity to work with Michael Fabian and couldn't have been more impressed. When a storm caused damage to our roof, we didn't know who we could call or what were the next steps to take. We received Michael Fabian's contact info from a friend and gave him a call. He couldn't have been more helpful and walked us first time home owners through the process. He made what would have been a stressful situation into an exciting opportunity to install a new roof. Again, he was involved every step of the way. Customer service was top notch and his response time beyond amazing! I highly recommend Michael Fabian for any job and am confident you'll receive the same excellent service. Highly recommend!"

"After the hailstorm in early June in southern Wisconsin the storm chasers were out in full force. I did not want to go with any of them so I did my own research and found Elite Exteriors and am very glad I did! Ryan came out within days to give me a very fair estimate for a new roof (with extended warranty since they are a GAF certified installer), James Hardie siding, and downspouts. After looking over the damage he said he would have an estimate to me in a few days and on the third day I received a very detailed estimate (at this time I had been waiting for other estimates from a couple other contractors for a couple weeks). Ryan was amazing to work with - he gave recommendations for colors, sent us addresses so we could look at those colors on houses he had done, and was extremely responsive. If I ever had questions or concerns, Ryan got back to me the same night or the next day at the latest. This continued through the whole process. His employees were great as well. Karl was responsive with roofing questions/concerns (anything I had questioned, no matter how small, he made it right), Jeremy with the siding and Manuel, who did all of the siding, was amazing. Our house got a complete make-over with quality materials and my wife and I are extremely happy with all of the work (we have gotten many compliments from neighbors too). I highly recommend this company as my family's experience with them could not have been better."

"Phoenix Roofing replaced the rotting fascia and soffits on my garage while we were on vacation.. They came when they said they would and did a great job!"

"One of the best construction teams I have ever come across! They indeed valued my time and money.I am very satisfied with their roof installation work. Thank you so many guys for proving my decision of hiring you correctly."

"I received 5+ quotes on roofing. Not only was Mark with Immortal Exteriors one of the better quotes; he was fair, honest, and timely with every step of the process. Mark and his crew executed my full roof replacement, vent upgrades, gutters, etc. less than a week after our initial meeting. The quality, professionalism, cleanup, and communication are what you'd expect from a company you'd pay an "arm and a leg" to do business with. Mark uses Malarkey shingles, which are the best shingles in the industry. Roofs are a large investment, but I wouldn't hesitate to go with Immortal Exteriors with your roofing & exterior needs."

"Everything was smooth and painless from start to finish. The crews were very friendly and did a great job keeping everything clean. It looks like a new house and I couldn't be happier with the results."

"Professional service, with a personal touch. Completed gutter drains, with no mess can barely tell where they put them. Very detail oriented. Highly recommend these guys! Will use them again for next home project."

"The job was completed quickly and professionally. They really did a good job both protecting shrubbery by house and cleaning up any nails and debris after the job was done. They provided a folder with all the info I needed to know about them and their work, even references. They expressed a real concern for my being happy with their work, answering any questions I had or might have. And the price was more than fair. I would definitely recommend them."
