"Service person cleaned that orifice and cleaned the others. He also cleaned out all the rust (lots of it, as the humidifier had been leaking). Also cleaned a sensor. He was very careful in his work. I had asked if I could watch; he explained all the way through what he was doing. He was an excellent and pleasant representative of Erv Smith. During my original phone call to order the service, I was told that it would cost $55 just for coming to the house. I had not asked. I felt that the overall charges were reasonable."
