"Contracted Federal Building and Roofing with Richard and his team after Listening to Richard's suggestions during the estimate. Had bad water damage to many Rafter Tails as well as a severe leak in the garage, Had several Contractors out for estimates some wanting to go a much more expensive route to repair the damaged wood on the Rafters as well as suggesting a complete Torch down on the entire roof which was not needed, which came with a less than desirable Warranty along with higher costs. Richard gave me peace of mind with his knowledge and suggestions which in turn provided a much longer Warranty and cheaper more effective route to repairing the damaged Rafter tails, all at a very reasonable price compared to other estimates. Any Contractor should have been able to provide me with these suggestions and alternatives but failed to do so. Richard and his team were Professional, polite, cleaned up thoroughly each and every day and completed the job on time as scheduled."

"My project was for new roof n gutters, I had to have my old 3 layers of shingles removed. The team that demolished old roof shingles did a good job. Although it was a messy task, plastic sheeting was laid down n all material was disposed off. New plywood was laid down, there were a couple of spots that the plywood was not laying completely flat n was addressed. New shingles were installed in 2 days n look great. For the new seamless gutter install, the existing fascia needed painting but Newhaus wanted an extra 4,000.00 dollars to do it. So I hired a separate painter to do it for less than half the price. The gutters proposed were not the style I wanted n had to have them switch to what I wanted. The new gutters were installed n look great. Overall I am satisfied with the quality of the work n materials used although there were a couple leaks at corners that has to be re-sealed. However dealing with Newhaus could have been better, upon signing the contract online I did not hear from them for over a week to let me know the status or when work would start. I had to text the original sales guy to ask what was going on. The were also a couple of times workers did not show up when scheduled or were late from time that they were supposed to show up."

"I needed to get my roof repaired due to the high winds. A lot of shingles had flown off and I did not want to go through the water damage experience again. I reached out to Atom builders and they sent out their project manager, Mike. He was the best there is and thoroughly explained the entire process. The roof was done in 1 week and it looks magnificent. I highly recommend Atom Builders to anyone looking to get their roof replaced or repaired"

"Ricardo Guzman arrived on time and performed the work in an expert, professional and clean manor. He went the extra mile and corrected some sloppy work the electrician did which loosened some roof tiles. Ricardo even painted all the pipes so they would be consistent! He cleaned up all the gutter leaves and swept around the area he worked. He then provided pictures of all the work he had done. THIS COMPANY IS GREAT! THEY PROVIDE PICTURES OF THE ROOF AND WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE THEN THEY PROVIDE AFTER PICTURES!!! When we need our roof done which is hopefully not soon, we will hire them. I will hire them to do roof maintenance (gutters etc) on a regular basis. The whole process from beginning to end was great!!"

"It went excellent. They were prompt and performed everything to my liking. They brought me lots of different tile samples to choose from and there was no high pressure sales tactics. If there was something that I wanted changed they were quick to accommodate. They are the top roofer in the Antelope Valley."

"We knew our roof needed to be replaced for a while, but kept putting it off because it felt like such a big project. After meeting with Ocean Seven Builders, we felt comfortable moving forward. Ron was straightforward from day one and didn?t overcomplicate anything. He broke everything down in simple terms and gave us a realistic timeline. The crew worked fast, showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up every day. It?s been a few weeks now and everything looks great. Happy we finally got it done!"

"We needed to do a new roof for our house because our roof was super old. We met with couple companies but decided to go with progressive builders to do a new roof for us, and we decided that we would go ahead and paint the exterior of our house. Progressive builders had amazing customer service, the job was done in the time frame that promised and the price was outstanding. I recommend them to anyone who needs any work done."
