Now just because he’s not with us anymore doesn’t mean his quality isn’t. \n\nOne of my favorite stories about my Dad was this one. One time he fell off a second story roof and cut his head pretty bad. When his workers checked to see if he was okay he said “I’m not paying you to stand around, get back to work.” Then he bandaged his head and got right back to work.\n\nWhile I don’t necessarily think that’s the smartest course of action and I certainly hope we don’t fall off the roof, I admire his commitment to his job and his customers.
