"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."

"My experience with 1st Security was about
the best you could have with a security company. From the initial walkthrough assessment
through to installation and follow up, Larry and team were on point on every
occasion. The 3rd party camera installers were also wonderful and Larry showed
up in the middle of the installation just to see how things were going and give
me a personal tutorial on how to configure and monitor the cameras via mobile
app and internet. They were neat and tidy, always being conscious of our
carpets and walls. It's an absolutely professional looking job yet the cost was
significantly lower than I was quoted from other companies. Our system is also
professionally monitored by Dynamark, who were lightning fast in responding to
the one false alarm we've had so far (more to come I'm sure, LoL).
All in all, every expectation I had was exceeded. I'm looking
forward to working with these folks again as we expand our security footprint
as new technologies become available.

He arrived on time.  Was very courteous and professional.  The only thing that bothered me which had nothing to do with the guy that did the installation or the installation was I called the phone number that I used for the appointment because I did have a question a couple of days later and he never returned my phone call.  It made me feel that they did the deal and they didn't need to bother with me anymore.  This was not the customer service number it was the initial contact number.

I have never had to use an investigative agency, I would not have known where to look or how to evaluate their work. Cavallo and Associates took a potentially thorny situation and demystified it. They were professional, compassionate, tenacious, they kept me informed at at times. They kept me informed by emailing me, by calling me. They coped with my crazy hours, they did everything they had to do to make sure I had the information I needed. They went above and beyond the call of duty. "The owner came by and prepared a free estimate which was emailed to me with full details, even a schematic drawing of the plan. Then came to my home again because I requested to meet with the person who would do the wiring. I wanted to understand how it would be done. On the day of installation, both the owner and his wiring guy came. They warned me prior that some small holes may be needed, however, they found a better way and there was no cuts made in my walls. The installation was difficult and also needed some electrical work which was also done. All of the cameras were successfully installed and work great. Both men were courteous and were very mindful of taking off their shoes before coming inside the house. The installation took 2 days and then the owner came back on the third day for adjustments. The owner is very knowledgeable about the product (both hardware/software). I highly recommend Suretycam. At the end of the job, the owner asked me if he could have done anything different or better."
