Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. "The salesman was very knowledgeable about the product. I was super impressed with the installers. They were punctual, knew their product, kept everything clean, and were professional. I did experience sticker shock, though. I was surprised that I didn't receive a follow up call from the company after installation. I paid for an extension on my breaker, which I didn't need and wasn't done. I left a message with my salesman and did not receive a call back. I spent a small fortune, and expected better customer service. If I were grading on installation alone, I'd give them an A+. But the lack of a follow up was disappointing."

"I have changed the overall rating from a D to a B. On June 6, 2016, I initially rated the service as a D due to the need for me to pay $75.00 to another vendor to install the outside vent cover that the Lowes technician broke during cleaning vents. However, in November 2016 the company called me after seeing my initial review on Angie's list and said they would repay me for the vent cover since it appears that it was the technicians fault. I was very impressed with the professionalism the company demonstrated with reimbursing me. The company representative informed me that I should have called to resolve the situation about the vent cover and they would have replaced it free since their employee broke it."

"Purchased through Costco which uses Weatherking as their local contractor. The Costco purchase involved a little more paper work and payment upfront but saved 10% and was explained upfront and was a smooth transaction. Sales and Techs were all very professional. Sales was clear and provide multiple options and was not pushing the highest price one. Install went smoothly and was started and completed on time. They came back a couple months later to start the AC since the it was too cold during the install and were able to do so quickly after I called to schedule."
