"The estimate/receipt did not have a header name/number or stamp. I had to track them down by payment history and Home Advisor in order to seek future hire. Fully satisfied with the plug replacement and the electrician who did the work. UPDATE 12/28/2020: Generator - Install -Second hire. The first hire was to replace a plug that was smoldering black. It did not trigger the very old breakers. The household breakers were replaced along with the replacement of old smoke detectors. Excellent service. They showed up on time. The electrician originally scheduled called out sick, so another electrician came out to do the work. I had arranged the day off work for this and was thrilled that everything went according to plan and the work was able to be completed. They were extremely polite and friendly, completed the work, and everything seems to be going very well. I highly recommend them!"

"We hired Planet Geek for an evaluation of our security camera needs. We had existing security cameras that had become outdated and not particularly reliable. Adam came to our home and evaluated our needs and suggested a plan that would meet our surveillance requirements. The cameras were installed by an experienced team and provided great coverage for our home. The cost of the system was comparable to other proposals from other vendors, but seemed more comprehensive and better supported. My best recommendation is to say that we preferred their work so much that we hired Planet Geek a second time as they first installed security and surveillance cameras at my daughter?s home. However, that small job was $454 and they also tried to upsell me on replacing all of my breakers on my electrical panel ($2,576) as well as add a whole home surge protector ($918). Feels a bit excessive to push over $3,000 of work for what was started as a small job."

"My house was built in 2020, and I'm the first owner. The builder didn't provide a doorbell, so I chose a battery-powered Ring doorbell camera. Until Smart Tech came to install & hard wire the doorbell, I had to remove and recharge it as needed. I decided to have a camera installed on my patio, but once again, there was no wiring easily available. When Patrick from Smart Tech arrived to give me an estimate, he recommended the solar-powered Ring Spotlight Cam Plus, which was a great suggestion. Using solar power eliminated the need to find wiring to power the camera. The work was done three days ago by Patrick from Smart Tech Security LLC. "Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."
