"As a followup, I needed to contact Alex of EZ Switch to troubleshoot two of our five surveillance cameras that were inoperable. I emailed Alex. He responded almost immediately. He attempted to solve the problem from his end. When he realized he wasn't able to get the cameras back up and running, he called and scheduled to come over the next day. He arrived on time, and went through all the steps to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they ultimately determined that the cameras were not working. Fortunately, we were still under warranty, so there were no out of pocket costs to us. Our experience with EZ Switch goes beyond excellent.
