"He was very professional and does excellent work. I had a floor repair and before I could go and pick up supplies for the repair they had already repaired the floor before I returned. They removed the old carpet, repaired the floor, moved the furniture, installed new carpet and cleaned up before moving on to the next room. When I saw them vacuuming the first room before starting on the second room I knew I would forever use this company for all future carpet installations. They took out the old carpet upstairs which revealed an old Lakewood hardwood floor with some rough spots. After John finished the job you would not be able to tell anything was wrong. "Free, Emmanuel, and 2 others apart of Free's crew were fantastic. These men work with complete professionalism and do not finish until you are 100% satisfied. They always are friendly and ready to do the work, and do not cut corners. The price was unbelievable, we had our old Lakewood home done (every floor basically) the floor has not been exposed to hardwood in 40 years under carpet. These men made us feel like or home is beautiful again. The only negative thing I would say about this company was the management, Foremen. The foremen Kevin, was very rude when it came to a decision on when we had to pick stain for the wood. Also he never gave us a time on when he would send his crew out so we always had to be home. With both of us having full time jobs it was pretty hard to coordinate. If you can get Jah Life over Kevin as your foremen you will be in good shape."

"The sales rep, Eian, did a great job of explaining what Refloor "does". That night, Saturday, we decided to have them replace our carpet. The financing was done that night and the installers, Kevin and Kyle, started Monday. It took three days (leveling the floor took a day and a half by itself). The project manager, Amber, was great at communicating where everything stood on the job. Our new flooring (living room, hallway, and stairs) looks great. Everyone involved made this project easy. We believe that the amazing results are well worth the premium price."
