They made sure the pavers were put back exactly where they were before the storm so that our pool fence could be put back up properly. They also added concrete under the pavers to keep them in place forever. The price was very reasonable as well. I’ve had other work done by Cracked Pot before and would definitely hire them again."

Tim evaluated what I had, gave me two different estimates, based on what could be done with the remaining fixtures. After I decided which plan to go with, he told me how long it would be before he could start, which was about a week. He was right on time, called if he would be late, and installed exactly what I wanted in one day. After evaluating the result by observing my house overall at night, I wanted to make some adjustments. He was very accommodating, did exactly what I asked right away, and I was very happy with the results. He even was able to use the original fixtures in my yard and did not insist on replacing anything with new, if he didn't have to, which saved me money. I was very pleased with the result, and I appreciate their professionalism."

"Service was great. Super responsive on the phone, and Jeremy came out to meet me and quote on-site. Unbelievably professional and courteous!! It's a national franchise, so they use a guidebook for prices (which is a bit odd they wouldn't estimate over the phone since it's so cut-and-dry). Anyway, the prices are about 40% higher than market value -- I was estimated just under $900 for maybe one day's work, I'd guess 6-7 hours. They want you to sign up for a $99 annual membership of some sort, and then they use flat rate pricing: $86 to install a light switch (!!), $132-$178 to hang a fan (depending on ceiling height), $112 to install a light fixture, etc. Certainly there's some peace of mind that comes with using a large company with a great reputation, but unfortunately even taking overhead into account these prices weren't even close to competitive market rates. Total bummer, I would have loved to use them for several projects."
