"We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Three Tree Roofing for our roof replacement and new gutters. The price they quoted was in line with other estimates and was a very fair price. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was extremely knowledgeable and professional. When we were having trouble deciding on the shingle color, they swung by and dropped of some sample shingles so we could make a decision. They stayed in contact from the time we selected them through the end of the process and kept us updated on the status. The crew that installed the roof was very courteous and keep our property clean over the two days it took finish the replacement. Because of rain, they were unable to paint the vent pipes and flashing but they came back a couple of days later to finish. If you are looking to have a roof replaced or installed I would highly recommend that you consider Three Tree Roofing."

"In Emerlad State, Todd, the owner, has a business that is top notch all the way. His people are that good. The lead on this crew was Hever, and he is one fine carpenter and framer. This man is all about quality and I highly recommend this talented individual. Hever knows his stuff. Speaking of knowing your stuff. This project involved 2 buildings, the house and a detached garage. There was quite a bit of structural damage to the house which is an open cathedral ceiling. No problem for Hever though. He and his crew fixed all the damage and its so solid I feel like I'm walking on concrete when I'm on the roof. The garage was more or less a typical tear off and replace. They did the garage in the blink of an eye. Oh and by the way, many thanks for Jim. I would not have gotten this project off the ground without his guidance. Jim is Todd's invaluable right hand man. He really knows the Certainteed Integrity Roof System, which I highly recommend. I looked at quite a few roofing systems before Jim sold me on Certainteed and Emerald State. Oh, and if you value communication as much as I do, then you'll really appreciate Jim. He's fantastic, he really is. So in the end, I went with the Northgate Heather Blend Shingle, thank you Jim, and I couldn't be happier. I should also note that they installed a new skylight that looks really great. They were professional from start to finish and did an excellnt clean up. I'm so happy I went with Emerald State. These guys are the best."

"We had a great experience. Vitor responded to my email faster than any contractor I've ever hired and provided a very competitive bid. We had a lot of work to do outside of replacing our roof, including replacing all our insulation and gutters, and we discovered a lot of challenges once the roof had been removed (ours is an older house that has been a well of surprises over the years!). Vitor and his team worked with us every step of the way. I got a bunch of pictures during the project, which was great since I couldn't get up there to see how it was going. "Roof was installed ahead of schedule. As we were replacing a clay tile roof with asphalt shingles, Eugene & team did a great job covering up some of the tan lines the old tile roof left on our paint. The reason for the quality ding: There was an issue with air flow to the roof we discovered years later and Eugene has been very responsive to help get the roof air flow dialed in appropriately. Once the air flow update is finished I will be sure to increase the quality score up by a star or two. He's a great friendly and timely roofer who I'd recommend for anybody in the area."

"From start to finish A Better Roofing company was outstanding. One of the few companies I've spoken to that hasn't exaggerated on work or used scare tactics. They were honest from the beginning with a price around half of the next cheapest bid with the same materials. We had a fair amount of mold and wood rot on our decking so most of the plywood needed replacing. Alan didn't try to make the damage seem worse than it was and gave us a very reasonable estimate on new plywood. One of the guys from a different company was offering to buy me a beer because the mold was "sooo severe" and he was sorry for me. Alan gave us a recommendation on a mold company who actually ended up saying it wasn't too bad. The roof replacement itself was great. The workers were nice, respectful and really fast. I have a friend that used to do roofing that commented on how impressed he was with their attention to detail. The workers cleaned everything up meticulously without leaving any nails, staples or other materials in the lawn. Next time I need a roof, I won't hesitate to call them."
