They had to dig a trench for the sprinkler pipe to go under the cement, replace and repair a fence post, and remove a ton of rocks. He was very professional and knowledgeable. This contractor can build decks, pour concrete, tile, remodel, new construction, and so much more. Joe laid and stamped a concrete walkway for us. During this construction, Joe found dry rot in 2 side areas next to his where his concrete would be poured- he repaired this at a minimal cost. <br /> <br /> In addition, Joe built an approximately 600 sqft beautiful redwood deck. Utilizing new fasteners technology, that hid how each fastener secured each board. And new staining technology that provided excellent results. <br /> <br /> Joe Lutz always does a wonderful job. "Was originally going to take two days to complete. But he brought extra guys with him and they finished in a day. When I got home from work everything was cleaned up. Couldn't tell anybody was ever here! Floor is beautiful, love my light fixture, didn't know he was going to prep the area for when I was ready to paint (nice surprise). And the garage door from the house into the garage is secure again! Worth every penny, and he called me the next morning to make sure that I was happy, and to see if there was anything else that needed to be finished or changed. "He is a very nice young man! He is accommodating and had some good ideas and suggestions. He was not expensive, his estimates were affordable but I had a few other problems arise and I couldn't' end up going with him. He did everything he could to give me what he thought I wanted, which I did, and I was disappointed that I wasn't able to have him perform the service. He brought me over a couple of different large samples. I told him about a restaurant who's floor I liked and he actually went to the restaurant and he was willing to make a sample of that floor for me as well. I do recommend that people talk to him before they decide on a concrete contractor! I have showed other people his samples and they liked them!"
