Our crawlspace went froma dark, dank, moldy, snake infested, armadillo incubator to a space that is as clean and seems as hygienic as a hospital operating room. I would not go anywhere near our crawlspace before and now have no issues crawling anywhere I want or need to go under the house. they even went beyond by adding some lighting and fixing our airhandler so it didn't drain under the house anymore. "Julio was very good and staying in touch with me as I work through the selection process. he was very competitive with his numbers but his interest in my project impressed me. I hired southern masonry, once hired Julio was on the job within the week. the first day they showed up around midday and work literally till dark doing prep and setting forms. returned the next morning and again work steadily till dark pouring and finishing the concrete. the next day they showed up removed the forms performed the cleanup with this being a Saturday. Julio returned Monday and repaired a couple of small patches on some existing concrete that I added at the last minute. Julio knows what he's doing and as good to his word I would definitely fire southern masonry again and I recommend that if you have any work, you're looking to do you need to give southern masonry consideration.
