What I thought was an easy fix ended up costing me $250. The price for the frame was $75. I feel totally overcharged. "

"Robbie was a life saver, as I wasn't sure how I was going to deal with the filing the two doors. He let me know the glass door didn't have a real lock but he could put one in to match my front door. He even suggested which glass door would be best (I have three.) He was very personable, friendly, helpful, and willing to do the extra job that suddenly came up without a fuss. He spent a few hours making sure he covered all the bases and that I was satisfied. He even phoned me cause he saw me lingering at the front door lock when he was pulling away to make sure everything was okay. (I was actually trying to take the combination key lock off the door which had nothing to do with the work he did.) You can imagine how exhausted my husband and I are with this big move, and to have someone come in and take something unexpected off our list with such attention to detail was just amazing! "I've used Mike Krakovitz and sons a couple of times now. The first time they rebuilt my old wooden back deck (252 sq ft + steps)with Fiberon and it turned out beautifully. Then I had them install a cover over my stone patio. Recently, I couldn't find a recommendation for a handy man to secure a loose window shutter on the second floor of my house. Instead of a recommendation, he sent his his son Mike over within two days and it took him all of ten minutes to repair it. I will always call them for future business!"
