I discovered on a Saturday late morning that the basement outlets and outside lighting fixtures weren't working, and we were expecting company for the weekend. I called around to several places and wasn't able to find anyone who could provide same-day service let alone return my message, until I spoke to Jennifer. She took pity on me and called their crews to see if any were running ahead of schedule, and was able the get the job scheduled for the afternoon.
