"I needed a landscaper because my lawn was a mess (more weeds and moss than grass, it seemed), and water was seeping into the basement because of improper gutter drainage and soil grading. Oh, and there was a critter, possibly the skunk that was seen in the area, burrowing underground where there was a gap near my patio – ugh! I hired M&L because the quote was reasonably priced, and Leo was responsive, understanding and cooperative as my landscaping project evolved. The job he ended up doing included building a trench for the gutter downflow, re-grading the entire lawn, creating flowerbeds, installing a fence, doing concrete work (to keep that critter out!), and paving a small section of the yard to hold trash and recycling bins. Leo and his team showed up when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and with the greatest attitude – all of them were hard-working and easy to deal with. I will definitely hire M&L again for future landscaping jobs, and I highly recommend them to others. My lawn now looks nice and neat, can't wait for the new grass to grow. Thank you, Leo and crew!"

"I hired Edwin Martin after looking at a project he did in Windham, NH and he did an outstanding job - repairing, replacing all the damaged and visible bricks on our front porch and he installed new bricks and granite treads with nice design on the landing. He was very flexible with the design and it came out looking great. He came back today and sealed everthing as it was wet when we had finished the job. I am so happy with his work that I got him to fix a leak in my roof and install a chimney cap which he finished today as well. While he was up there I had him seal the skylights on the roof that were leaking also. I did pay him extra for that but he was very flexible with the request. His price is very good and he is very meticulous and does not cut corners. I would hire him for any work he does and have already referred him to 4 friends for patio, brick work and some roof work."

"In addition to replacing a stockade fence, Arelio & crew demolished an empty garden shed, established a 4-foot edge for plants, and installed a paver patio in the middle of the back yard. They also replaced the steps from the enclosed porch to the back yard. Great job for a reasonable price -- very efficient (working late on the last day to complete job AND clean up). "From the moment I submitted the request through Angi to the end of the project, this company was responsive and transparent throughout the entire journey. The concrete holding our front steps together was eroding, which caused water to seep in and create pockets under the granite slabs. The steps were literally coming apart. Additionally, our front wooden threshold leading into the home was rotting. Blue Bones Construction did a beautiful job restoring the steps and replacing the rotted threshold. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, and the work was high quality. I would definitely recommend this company."
