"Jose came out initially for the quote. Which was very timely ( within a day or 2). Upon meeting him, i was impressed, very polite, attentive, and he asked questions. Some of the questions were repeated, which i appreciated. He was making sure we didn't miss anything. We walked my property, and he listened to everything i said. He was very down to earth, easy to talk to. The next day, he sent me photos of some of the jobs he had finished, before & after. I was impressed. That weekend, he sent me a reasonable quote, which i accepted, happily because i had a previous landscaper that was lazy and left a bit behind. Jose had his work cut out for him. He called me very quickly after and said he had a cancelation and asked if i minded that he came out, i believe that same weekend?. I said ABSOLUTELY!! He came with 3 workers, including his father ( i thought that was sweet). What a job!!! They were here all day long, sometimes on their hands & knees picking grass and weeds. Hard workers, WOW! The experience & technique in trimming my bushes and smaller shrubbery were impeccable. My hydrangea looked so bad, but after they performed their art, she looked beautiful and alive. The edging came out immaculate so much so that my neighbor walked over and asked them how they did that and also complemented them and myself later on. They laid mulch so nicely within the lines and growth. I took before and after pictures. I continue to get compliments by strangers just walking by, and my neighbors asked for their information. I highly recommend Jose and his respectful crew. He has agreed to help with some other things on the days my health isn't at its best. Digging holes, pulling weeds, etc. With notice and some compensation, of course. I am so pleased. I was very excited that day because my beautiful yard had NEVER looked better. What a great bunch. I can't wait to see them for my mow. I gave them a nice tip because they earned it. THANK YOU, GUYS SO MUCH! SEE YOU SOON! ?"

"We purchased the house in 2013 and it had not been taken care of for many years. There were many overgrown trees surrounding the house and it did not have a backyard because the backyard dropped off into a steep slope. Paul and his crew came in and removed 83 trees in 2015. They dug out the stumps and haul them away. In 2016 2200 yards of fill were brought in to bring up the grade. Many truckloads of loam were also brought in. He graded it all out and installed irrigation. In 2017 he planted 16 fruit trees and a whole lot of bushes along the property lines. He also built a stone wall. In 2018 he designed a patio with a small fountain and an outdoor grilling area. He installed it in 2019 along with landscape lighting along our front walkway and he repaired our granite post lighting on the driveway. We loved working with Paul. He and his crew were very professional. He stayed out of our way and made it easy for us despite the vast amounts of materials being brought in. We had to get on a waiting list for a couple of the jobs but it was worth the wait. Our only complaint is we ran out of room to do more landscaping! We love that our kids have a place to play now. We highly recommend Paul and his crew of young men."

"Required landscaping architect expertise to assist in developing a plan to update our front and rear yards where we moved into a new development and our lot was a bare postage stamp. Interacted with and interviewed three or four landscaping companies and decided to contract with C.M.L. The project included different phases and are included/discussed for reference. The rear yard was sloped and required a curved 100-foot long by 4-foot concrete block retaining wall to provide a leveled area. C.M.L. provided the most technical approach on the wall design, installation specifics and final outcome goal above and beyond the other companies. In addition, we required new trees, plants and associated beds in both the front and back yards. We worked with C.M.L. and discussed numerous well thought out designs pertaining to the landscape intended goals and solutions to provide a well-developed outcome. As a byproduct of this large landscaping project the existing lawn would be a casualty however it was explained up front prior to the project start. We added in the required remediation effort (new soil/hydroseed) at the end of the project where our soil was substandard from the builder anyway. The landscaping included new soil, numerous Abortive Thuja family trees, Hinoki Cypress trees, Blue Spruce trees, Rhododendrons, a double-border paver walkway, a granite lamp post and a granite step. Needless to say, this level of effort spanned a few months however the final outcome was just what we envisioned. The project execution was steady without interruption. I've dealt with a few contract companies over time and I was most impressed with the professionalism and courteous nature of the C.M.L. team. If you are considering having work performed I would include C.M.L. within your candidate choices. In fact we do have a few more projects to complete and will contract with C.M.L. without hesitation. He was on time for the date that we had scheduled. He used the highest quality sealer, known as Liquid Gold. Joe was meticulous in the application of the sealer and made sure the job was neat and clean upon completion. The end result was a professional driveway in both function and appearance.
